Partly unfriendly service but otherwise good!

Best cheesecake. Far and wide, a wide range of rolls and bread as well as cakes

Products are all right and of high quality. Unfortunately, the staff saves a lot on friendliness. Card payment is only possible from an amount of 10 euros. One is annoyed that this is only possible from 10 euros. If you are ASKED (!) To the other end of the very long counter, it is cashed and you are left standing. A REQUEST to go back to the other end of the counter and pick up the baked goods there would have been the icing on the cake.

The bakery is on our weekly market and because there are no more bakers in town apart from the large chain stores, I tried Bern's bakery. The mixed rye breads are delicious and have the right consistency, which means they stay nice and firm when cut, but don't dry out too quickly. The cake is to die for, especially the poppy seed crumbles. The prices are not cheap but the quality is right.

Great baker, good selection, homemade without tasting bad (as with many other organic bakers), staff always very fast, friendly and professional. Changing range of baked goods and hot and cold dishes. Participate in the program of the app too good to go. I am perfectly happy!

In Corona times, allowing contactless payment only from € 10 is more than cheeky. Maybe you should also teach your waitress that there is cash or card as a means of payment in Germany and not counted or card. Not everyone has € 7.98 in their wallets.

Very tasty baked goods. Unfortunately, we live too far away but when we are in the corner we like to go there, either rolls, snacks to take away or, in summer, we like to eat something and a coffee on the terrace

The reception was a bit chilly. The shelves for the tablets with the dirty dishes were all full and were not emptied even after an hour. Rolls and coffee were okay. Payment by EC card from 10 euros possible. But there was no change for cash 50 euros. A vicious circle.

No contact list was kept, maybe just an accident (??) but with the rapidly increasing number of corona infections, this should no longer happen. Food was good again. Service and cleanliness have unfortunately decreased. I hope that it levels off again quickly.

Very very nice shop. However, the very high prices for the products on average compared to other bakeries are not justified. The particles such as Berlin are usually very dry, even at noon. Not to mention the rolls. The staff, however, is always very friendly! Even if it sometimes fails because of a friendly hello or goodbye .. seems to be a bit too stressful for one or the other employee if there are more than 5 customers in the store;)

To get to the point ..., the baked goods, the confectionery products and all other dishes, the small meals and the drinks are simply fresh and delicious! There is nothing to shake! I also like the ambience. The 5th star is missing because I always have the feeling that the employees are terribly stressed. I often feel dismissed. Not a kind word. Not a nice smile. In my opinion, that is simply part of customer contact.

In Kamp-Lintfort industrial park it is nicer than in the other branches. Sunday brunch is recommended. It's a shame that it was set on Saturdays. My rating is based on breakfast restaurants, so only three stars, otherwise four stars.

We last had breakfast in the really nice bakery on one of the hot days and had to say that it was very full, which of course speaks for the quality. So of course we had to wait a little, but the staff tried hard and kindly asked for understanding. Of course we had ;-) The quality of the rolls, the toppings and the coffee was great and everything was rounded off with delicious ice cream from our own production. Just a nice start to a hot summer day. I can only recommend it.

We ate ice cream there today, at least we tried. Last time the ice cream wasn't as tasty as it used to be, but everyone deserved a chance. But that didn't work today, apart from the fact that the ice cream tasted stale, it wasn't frozen properly. Sorry but you have to work on it if you want to keep customers.

Good coffee and ice cream is okay too. Location is good but prices are a bit expensive.

Again ham in the cheese rolls. After the first complaint, these were interpreted separately. Maybe a separate preparation would be more useful? Apparently, only value is placed on the bill.
